What is the Master Class program?

Expand your career development through hands-on experience in a range of different fields, all in one practical program. Under the guidance of professional mentors, you will gain a new perspective on life and learn how to create a future filled with excitement, adventure, and purpose. This course serves as a solid platform for future success, both personally and professionally. Don’t settle for traditional academics, take your learning to the next level. Travel, explore, and go on the ultimate adventure. It is freeing and exhilarating, and at the end of your journey, your most important discoveries may be about yourself and how to interact with the world around you.

Our programs are open to over 17-year-olds. High school graduates, gap year students, university students and graduates, or anyone taking a breather between careers. Men and women. No prior experience necessary. No fitness level necessary. 

The 3-month Master Class is divided into three different programs:



Master Class

Earn your Surf Lifeguard, First Aid, Skipper and Camp Counselor Qualifications. Learn to Kayak, surf and SUP in the ocean while having an adventure of a lifetime!

Discover the people and wildlife of Southern Africa, above and below water. Including a Scuba diving expedition in Sodwana, hiking through a Big Five Game Reserve and exploring the remote wilderness of the Wild Coast.


Master Class


Learn to live off-the-grid with incredible hands-on workshops including knife-making, farming, welding carpentry, electrics and building. Learn to forage and be self-sufficient while living in the African bush and on a remote beach.

  Additional Training And In-House Certifications:

  • Introduction: Advanced Medical Emergency Services

  • Deck-hand and Boating (preparation for Working on Yachts – Boat Launching, Handling & Loading, Towing a Skier, Engine Trouble Shooting and Practical Skipper Hours)

  • Introduction: Sports Science (Theory of Sports, Dry Needling, Massage, and Anatomy)

  • Teaching (Teaching Practicals on lesson planning, Voice Projection, Timing, Communication, and Lesson Content)

  • Child Psychology (including Discipline, Motivation, recognizing and dealing with common behavioural problems and symptoms such as ADD and ADHD)

  • Ropes and Abseiling Supervisor Training

  • Swim Instructor Training
