HEALTH AND FITNESS:

  • Regular Personal Fitness Assessments by qualified personal trainer

  • Daily Training in a variety of disciplines (e.g. Swimming, Cross fit, Yoga, Pilates and Running) as well as extreme sports (e.g. Self-defence, Lifeguarding, Paintball, Surfing and SUPing). The focus is on discovering and developing new skills rather than showmanship of existing talents.

  • Fishing and Foraging e.g.: (Crayfishing, Prawning, Musseling and Lagoon, Shore or Deep-sea Fishing)

  • Kayaking levels I, II and III (flat water, running water and ocean)

  • SUP (Flat water, yoga, ocean)

MINIMAL THEORY AND MAXIMUM EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN OUR HIGH STAKES BUSINESS GAME COVERING:

  • Professional Identity (creation of a CV, Motivational Letters and managing a personal branding using a Digital Presence).

  • Snake Handling (myths, biology, behaviour, identification and catching of snakes; treatment of bites)
